
First of all, can I just say that I am *not* finished with the bread making craze of 2020’s lockdown – BUT – in the spirit of keeping things fresh, I thought I might try something new.
You ‘southerners’ may call this drink a “frappe” (where I’m from “frappe = milkshake!”), but whatever you may call it, it is A M A Z I N G!!!!
Maybe the most amazing thing about it? It’s modified to be juuuust healthy enough that you can 100% treat yourself to this decadent treat guilt free, any time you choose. ☕

Ingredients:
✔️ ½ cup chilled coffee — prepared your favorite way
✔️ 2 very ripe, frozen bananas
✔️ ½ cup unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice
✔️ 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder — you can swap for dark cocoa powder if you want some extra richness

Directions:
✔️ Blend together the chilled coffee, frozen bananas, and almond milk.
✔️ While you blend, scrape down the sides as necessary to make sure everything is incorporated.
✔️ Add in the cocoa powder gradually
✔️ Enjoy it as is, or top with whip cream!
