Yes, yes my friends, it is already that time of year – where we down here in the Sunshine State start planning for our wintertime guests (or snowbirds, as they’re lovingly called by us locals!)
What does that means for you? New inventory! HURRAY!!!!
Right now, one of my favorite rental properties has again come available, this time as a seasonal rental! Fully furnished, featuring a double master layout on the second floor with a spacious half bath for guests on the first floor – this particular townhome is located in a small gated community close to 75 at Colonial Blvd. in central Fort Myers.
Things to know – although we are currently marketing for the coming season, the owner is open to annual rental for a reduced rate as well – so BE FEARLESS! It can never hurt to ask – share your needs with me, and I will do everything I can to be helpful 🙂
